The Neighbourhood Night Service operates from 20:45 to 07:15, seven days per week.

You will be a registered staff nurse with excellent assessment, planning, and evaluation skills to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.
You will work closely with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
Your responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and supporting families and carers overnight during crisis situations such as blocked catheters and palliative care.
This is a fast-paced role requiring safe and effective clinical decision-making. You must be able to think on your feet, solve problems that arise overnight, and manage conflicting priorities. The ability to motivate others in challenging times and utilize available resources effectively is essential.
