A community care provider in Frome, UK is seeking a Community Staff Nurse to deliver high standards of palliative care. The position involves holistic assessments and teamwork within the Community Palliative Care Team. Applicants should hold a valid nursing qualification and a UK driving licence. The successful candidate will work as part of our East Somerset Team alongside existing members of our very supportive Community Palliative Care Team and will contribute to the delivery of palliative care by providing expertise in decision making, advance care planning & holistic symptom control.

HOURS OF WORK
Working in the East Somerset area.
This is a Full Time position, working 37.5 hours over 5 days.
