A community-focused healthcare organization in Frome is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to provide compassionate palliative care. You will work as part of a supportive team to assess and care for patients and their families facing life-limiting illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a UK driving license and relevant clinical experience. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and beneficial training programs.

We are here for anyone in our community who is facing a life-limiting illness. Using our full breadth of service, we create individual care journeys, which start at diagnosis and continue with bereavement support for family, carers and children.
The successful candidate will work as part of ourEast SomersetTeam alongside existing members of our very supportive Community Palliative Care Team and will contribute to the delivery of palliative care by providing expertise in decision making, advance care planning & holistic symptom control.

HOURS OF WORK
Working in the East Somerset area.
This is a Full Time position, working 37.5 hours over 5 days.
ABOUT YOU
Due to the community based nature of the role, the post holder will need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
