Job summary

County Durham & Darlington NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse for the Crook area to provide nursing care to patients in their homes. Weare currently seeking a Registered Nurse to Join our Crook Community NursingTeam. The successful applicant will work across the Weardale locality from anoffice base in Crook. The team cover 8am until 9pm 7 days a week on a dutyroster. The role involves providing holistic nursing care to adult patients intheir own home or residential care setting. Sucessful applicants will berequired to hold a first level nursing registration with the NMC, additionaltraining specific to the role can be provided.

Main duties of the job

TheCommunity nursing team provide both planned and reactive care including UrgentCommunity Response.
