We are currently seeking highly motivated Community Staff Nurses to join our well-established District Nursing Team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, high-quality care in the community setting.Our District Nursing team operates across six networks, delivering a broad range of skilled nursing care to patients primarily in their own homes.
The team consists of qualified District Nurses, Senior Nurses, Staff Nurses, and Clinical Support Workers, all working autonomously to meet complex healthcare needs.
