The successful candidate will need excellent communication skills and the ability to provide effective clinical care within the District Nurse Team. The Central Division of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board delivers services across Conwy and Denbighshire, working with partners to provide high-quality, evidence-based care aimed at maintaining patients at home, preventing hospital admissions, and promoting self-management.
You must be able to travel within towns and rural areas promptly. This post involves rotational shifts over 24 hours. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential; applications in Welsh are equally welcome.
