Job summary

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join its community team. Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration required.
• Postgraduate dysphagia training desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess, diagnose and develop programmes of care for patients with speech, language and swallowing needs.
• Liaise with patients, carers and families to establish goals for therapy.
• Deliver therapy to outpatients and domiciliary care, including potential involvement in Parkinson's pathway redesign.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical governance.
