Job summary

Barking & Dagenham Council is seeking an enthusiastic early years practitioner to support children and families in local communities, delivering group programmes and family sessions face-to-face across the borough.

You will travel across the borough, engage with partners and communities, and ensure safeguarding, records and data governance are upheld.

Experience with children or families and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related field is preferred, with a commitment to inclusion.

• Understanding of child development and nursery readiness.
• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or related field preferred.
