Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated Band 6 Nurse to join the Single Point of Access (SPA) team in the community health sector. The post is 37.5 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term or secondment basis to cover maternity leave, with shifts from 08:00-16:00, 10:30-18:30 and 12:00-20:00.

You will use clinical assessment and triage skills to identify patient needs, coordinate shifts, support line management and drive service improvement across Banbury and Abingdon

Formación

• Role requires clinical assessment and triage capabilities.
• Driving licence is essential with access to a vehicle for work.
• Experience in community health settings and multidisciplinary teamwork is advantageous.
• Ability to lead and develop staff as part of supervision responsibilities.
