Offering a £3000 Golden Hello payment to new joiners (subject to criteria) and ongoing service-related payments.

About Us

This is an exciting opportunity to join our community teams across Kent, focusing on locality working, person-centered support, and good practice. We work with adults with diverse care needs, undertaking assessments such as Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Court of Protection applications, and safeguarding enquiries.

Our approach emphasizes excellent practice, innovation, and meaningful measures, building strong relationships with individuals, families, and communities to empower local support.

About You

We welcome applications from experienced Social Workers with post-qualification experience in Social Services, Health agencies, or related organizations. You must hold registration with Social Work England and be capable of working at the Advanced Practitioner level.

Opportunities for professional development are available through our social care academy and progression routes, including specialist training such as AMHP, Best Interest Assessor, and Practice Educator training.

Regular supervision and reflective practice are integral to our support. We are moving towards an extended service hours model (8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week) to better serve our community.

This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure and registration with Social Work England. It is a customer-facing position, with standards set for spoken English/Welsh proficiency as per the Job Description/Person Specification.
