We are recruiting Senior Social Workers with a range of skills and experience. We currently have a part-time vacancy in the Tunbridge Wells locality. We operate in a hybrid model of office-based and remote working to meet service needs.
Offering a £3000 Golden Hello payment to new joiners (subject to criteria) and ongoing service-related payments.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our community teams across Kent, focusing on locality working, person-centered support, and good practice. We work with adults with diverse care needs, undertaking assessments such as Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Court of Protection applications, and safeguarding enquiries.
Our approach emphasizes excellent practice, innovation, and meaningful measures, building strong relationships with individuals, families, and communities to empower local support.
We welcome applications from experienced Social Workers with post-qualification experience in Social Services, Health agencies, or related organizations. You must hold registration with Social Work England and be capable of working at the Advanced Practitioner level.
Experience in risk management and safeguarding is essential, as is expertise in staff supervision and performance management. We seek positive, forward-thinking candidates who employ strengths-based, outcome-focused practice, and who work collaboratively within a team.
A Full UK Driving License is preferred; however, reasonable adjustments are supported for applicants with disabilities.
