A leading housing organization in Wembley is looking for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to support their Housing Team. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housing management or similar roles.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Self‑motivated and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and the legal processes for anti-social behaviour.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload related to anti-social behaviour.
  • Work with housing management to tackle hate crimes and nuisance behaviour.
  • Build relationships with external agencies like the police.

Skills

Experience of anti-social behaviour related housing management services or transferable skills from a similar customer‑facing role
Experience of dealing with challenging behaviour
Strong IT skills including MS Office
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
