We are delighted to be recruiting for two Community Safety Officers to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join us as we transition into a regional model focused on our local presence to ensure our neighbourhoods are safe places where people want to live.
Our customers are at the heart of all we do, and their safety and welfare are our top priorities. That’s where you come in.
You will work on a challenging and varied caseload. No two days will be the same, as you respond to safeguarding issues, tackle anti-social behaviour, support victims of domestic abuse, and progress legal matters through the court process.
You will also need to proactively build relationships with colleagues across internal teams and external agencies, attending multi-agency meetings as required. Regular visits to customers in their homes and neighbourhoods will be necessary, with mileage compensated.
We seek team players with knowledge and experience of tools and powers to prevent and address anti-social behaviour, along with excellent communication skills to manage complex safeguarding cases and support victims.
If you’re looking for a role where you can make a positive difference, we want to hear from you!
