Essential Employment seeks a Community Safety Assistant in Redditch on a temporary basis, paying £14.13 per hour PAYE. Reference: RQ1775454.

You will provide administrative support to the Community Safety Team, serve as the first point of contact for colleagues, partners and the public, and help coordinate projects, maintain records, and manage schedules to enable effective multi‑agency collaboration.

• Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver confident, reliable and well-organised administrative support to the Community Safety Team.
• Act as an efficient first point of contact for colleagues, partners and the public.
• Coordinate community safety projects, maintain records, and manage schedules.
• Prepare and circulate meeting documentation, manage partner mailing lists and capture actions.
