An established industry player is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in a full-time role focused on providing urgent assistance to vulnerable customers. This position involves responding to emergencies, assisting with inquiries across various Council services, and monitoring public space CCTV. The salary advertised is for a full-time position (35 hours per week). Part-time hours will be pro-rated accordingly.
Hourly rate of pay: £17.04 - £18.45

Start date: ASAP.
Respond to vulnerable and elderly customers requiring urgent assistance, such as ambulance or personal contacts.
Assist with customer enquiries regarding various Council services across multiple Local Authorities, in accordance with their specific policies and procedures.
Monitor Public Space CCTV and support Police and Anti-Social Behaviour Officers in their duties.

Relevant Qualifications: Educated to Higher Level, NC, or SVQ level in English, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies through relevant experience.
Level 1 Disclosure Clearance: This role requires Level 1 Disclosure to access the Public Sector Network. East Lothian Council will handle the Police Act Disclosure application; a valid certificate is required before starting.
