Job summary

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5-6 Developmental Respiratory Nurse/Physiotherapist to cover Basildon, Brentwood, Wickford and Thurrock communities. You will work within the Integrated Respiratory Team, travel within the locality and deliver high-quality respiratory care including COPD management, pulmonary rehab, spirometry, and FeNo testing.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering respiratory care in community settings.
• Ability to travel within Basildon/Brentwood/Wickford/Thurrock locality.
• Supervision and teaching of staff where practicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote self-management and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
• Lead and develop new clinical practices within the Integrated Respiratory Team.
• Deliver respiratory assessments and reviews for COPD and other conditions.
