Job summary

Brandon Trust in Barking & Dagenham is seeking a Community Researcher / Project Leader on a hybrid basis. The role is 30 hours per week, with salary £27,280–£28,940 pro rata per annum, depending on experience.

You will lead community research and co-production projects with lived experience groups, carers and partners, coordinating workshops and events to influence services and improve outcomes across Barking & Dagenham.

• Experience in community development, research, engagement, or co-production.
• Ability to coordinate workshops, focus groups and community events.
• Commitment to inclusion and person-centred approaches.
