Standing on Giants is recruiting a Community Relationship Manager for Airbnb to recruit, onboard and support UK and Northern Europe hosts as part of the Community Leaders programme. You will drive local host clubs, coordinate onboarding, and provide ongoing support and resources to leaders.

The role involves weekly leader calls, content ideation, event planning, and travel to host events or offsites. Strong communication, relationship, and project management skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment and onboarding of Community Leaders.
• Provide onboarding sessions and set‑up for new Leaders.
• Support weekly calls with Leaders and lead 1‑1 meetings.
• Develop resources and programming based on Leader feedback.
• Distribute content ideas and materials to Leaders weekly.
• Respond to Leader emails and concerns.
• Assist in planning online and offline events.
