Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in working with physically impaired people in a therapeutic environment.
• Good verbal and written communication and ability to work within a MDT.
• Driving licence and car ownership for community role.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the MDT to carry out planned treatments within competency.
• Review care plans and modify as needed and report to a qualified staff member.
• Provide equipment and assess requests for minor adaptations.
• Offer support and training to other team members.
