Our Community Reablement Assistants help them regain their abilities, independence and confidence in a safe and practical way. Our Service runs 07:00-22:00, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, therefore you’ll be required to work evenings and/or public holidays and/or weekends as part of your Normal Working Hours for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
