About the role:
Each day as a Reablement Assistant is different. You will be supporting people within their own homes to rebuild their confidence and independence, as well as assisting in achieving their personal goals.
About you:
Previous experience as a Care Assistant/Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
A full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes
Additional details:
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: GBP12.86-GBP13.08 per hour
