Who We Are

We provide high quality care and support to older people; people with physical and learning disabilities; people with mental health needs; dementia; carers and clients’ families. This extends to respite care for families and carers.

We operate services across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, ranging from Residential Homes, Day Services, Supported Living sites and Reablement Home Care.


The Role

Join a dynamic and supportive team and embark on a fulfilling journey as a Community Reablement Assistant. In this flexible and rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals regain their confidence and independence after a hospital stay. As the first point of contact for those returning home, you’ll provide essential support and bring positivity to their recovery journey, making a meaningful difference in their lives every day.


What We Offer

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: From £13.05 per hour with opportunities for career and pay progression.
  • Welcome Bonus: Receive a £500 bonus for joining our team. *T’s and C’s Apply
  • Higher Pay on Weekends (from £16.31 an hour) and Bank Holidays (from £26.10 an hour)
  • Occupational Sick Pay: We offer an enhanced occupational sick pay scheme from your very first day with us, ensuring you’re cared for when you need it most.
  • Generous Holiday Allowance: 26 days not including bank holidays.
  • Mileage: You’ll receive 45p per mile for all travel between clients. Travel time between clients fully paid.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting people with their personal care and empowering them to do as much as possible on their own.
  • Monitoring and providing feedback on the progress of people’s goals.
  • Assisting with medication and encouraging independence.
  • Completing care records and other relevant paperwork.
  • Facilitating access to community groups and services.
Shift Times Available

  • 07:00-14:30
  • 09:00-14:00
  • 15:00-22:30
  • 17:00-22:30

No prior care experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed and grow in your role. A valid licence to drive in the UK is required as the role involves travelling locally and lone working.
