Job summary

InHealth Group Limited is recruiting a Bank Clinical Assistant to join the Radiography Department at our Community Diagnostic Centre in Torbay. You will help deliver patient care from arrival through to departure, supporting MRI, CT and X-ray workflow in a busy community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare environment or passion for healthcare.
• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Flexible to shift patterns across the service.
• Empathetic and caring approach to patients.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Willingness to learn cannulation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and coordinate arrival through to departure.
• Escort patients to and from the clinical area and explain procedures.
• Complete pre-scan forms and health and safety questionnaires.
• Monitor patient condition after procedure and report changes.
• Enter patient data into the patient management system.
• Support in reception and administrative tasks as needed.
• Learn cannulation procedures as training progresses.
