A health service organization in Bristol seeks a Community Public Health Nurse to support child health and well-being through partnership with families and communities. Applicants should possess a nursing or midwifery degree and be NMC registered or awaiting confirmation. This role includes delivering services, promoting health initiatives, and group facilitation. A valid UK driving license is required. The position offers an annual salary ranging from £31,049 to £37,796, along with full NHS benefits.
We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for NMC registered nurses or midwives to work within the Health Visiting Service as part of a skill mix team, supporting the delivery of integrated, evidence-informed services for children and their families, with a focus on prevention, promotion, and early intervention.
Applications are welcome from experienced, newly qualified nurses and midwives and students nearing the end of their training. Posts will be based across Bristol and successful candidates will be required to be flexible to work across a defined locality.
