Oxleas Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse for the Adult Community Mental Health Services in Erith. The fixed-term 12-month post is full-time, Monday–Friday 9–5, with a salary of £45,953–£54,254 per year.

You'll work in the Community Psychosis Team, delivering evidence-based care and engaging clients in their recovery within various community settings. Supportive CPD programmes, potential secondment opportunities, and a focus on collaborative care are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with current practising status.
• Experience delivering psychosocial interventions for psychosis.
• Experience in community mental health settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Mental health nursing in clients' homes and community settings.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with MDT input.
• Maintain links with primary/secondary care and social services.
• Provide health education for patients, carers and families.
• Ensure training is up to date per Oxleas guidelines.
• Work flexibly to meet service needs and supervise students where needed.
