Salary: £22.00-£39.37

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our dynamic team. As a CPN, you will provide essential mental health care and support to individuals within the community. Your role will involve assessing patients’ mental health needs, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
