A leading mental health organization is seeking a motivated individual to join the Sutton Single Point of Access Team in London. We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our Sutton Single Point of Access Team (Sutton PLRS - SPA).
Sutton Single Point of Access Team (Sutton PLRS - SPA) provides a borough-based access-only service for adults aged 18-74, channeling all referrals through our team to appropriate care within the Trust or in Primary care. We work closely with Sutton Talking Therapies Service, Sutton Integrated Recovery Hubs, early intervention, Coral Crisis Hub & HTT, and the AMHP service. Our partnerships include GP commissioners and voluntary organizations.
Your role involves providing assessments on a rolling basis, usually meeting clients once to make plans, creating a positive first experience. We are a friendly, supportive team that makes decisions collaboratively, with regular social events.
You should demonstrate a high degree of autonomy in assessing mental health needs and be capable of delivering a caring, safe, and organized service in a timely manner.
