What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in the community. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk management.
  2. Providing therapeutic interventions and care planning for service users.
  3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies.
  4. Supporting crisis intervention and relapse prevention strategies.
  5. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring high standards of care.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  2. Experience working in community mental health settings.
  3. Strong assessment and risk management skills.
  4. The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  5. A valid UK driver's license (preferred but not essential).
