Job Description:

Job Role: Community Psychiatric Nurse

Band: 6

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00

Responsibilities: Working on a caseload of community clients, conducting Care Act Assessments, completing care plans, duty work, assisting in depot clinics and wellbeing clinics including ECG, liaising with community and statutory services.

Skills/Experience Required: Understanding of mental health and its impact on clients, MDT working, good communication skills.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• 6 months healthcare experience
• Right to work in the UK
• References covering last 3 years of clinical employment
• NMC Registration
• Overseas Police Check, if any
• Indemnity Insurance
• Up-to-date CV
