A leading NHS organization in Wales is seeking a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Older Adult Community Mental Health team. Responsibilities include managing clinical caseloads, conducting assessments, and formulating care plans. The Community Psychiatric Nurse will be a member of the Older Adult Community Mental Health team, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
