Now Hiring: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Scarborough CMHT

Location: Scarborough, YO12
Pay Rate: £26.15ph LTD | £22.96 PAYE Inclusive
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm

Are you an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (CPN) ready to make a difference in your community? Service Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate, confident and committed Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Scarborough Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).

Your Role:

As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, you will:

  1. Provide comprehensive mental health support to service users in the community.
  2. Conduct initial assessments of new referrals and manage a caseload of complex clients.
  3. Act as a care coordinator or lead professional, ensuring high standards of care planning and risk management.
  4. Deliver clinical advice and support to colleagues and partner services.
  5. Collaborate closely with local authority and social care teams to deliver person-centred, holistic care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Community Mental Health experience essential
