Location: Scarborough, YO12

Pay Rate: £26.15ph LTD | £22.96 PAYE Inclusive

Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm

Are you an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (CPN) ready to make a difference in your community? Service Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate, confident, and committed Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Scarborough Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).

Your Role:

• Provide comprehensive mental health support to service users in the community.
• Conduct initial assessments of new referrals and manage a caseload of complex clients.
• Act as a care coordinator or lead professional, ensuring high standards of care planning and risk management.
• Deliver clinical advice and support to colleagues and partner services.
• Collaborate closely with local authority and social care teams to deliver person-centred, holistic care.
