Overview

Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Hull NHS Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join an NHS team based in Hull. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, offering a competitive rate and the opportunity to make a real impact in mental health services.

Pay Details
  • £26/hour (Umbrella)
  • £20.68/hour (PAYE, excluding holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needs
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to service users and their families
  • Administer medication and monitor treatment adherence
