This is a new and exciting opportunity to join the Redbridge Community Protection Task Force. The team is responsible for tacking unlawful street activity such as begging, street drinking and prostitution. We work together with our partners to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour across the borough. Using a range of skills and tools the team delivers the Councils Statutory functions in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour prevention and enforcement . You will need to demonstrate the ability to work with different partners, have experience of front line enforcement work and have the ability to build stronger relationships with local communities.

We are looking to recruit a permanent Community Protection Task Force officer who is self-motivated and is ready to work in a high-profile busy team. You must have experience in an enforcement role and be able to demonstrate this from the recruitment process. We are looking for experienced officer who can use their problem-solving skills to get results and bring some fresh ideas to local challenges.
You must have a full UK driving licence and be prepared to work on shift basis covering some evenings and weekend, this attracts a 16% shift allowance.
