Job summary

Groundwork Greater Manchester is seeking a motivated and organised individual to support communities and help deliver projects with meaningful outcomes. You will have some experience of working with young people, families or community groups, and you will manage administrative processes and contribute to impact reporting.

You will coordinate resources, support colleagues, and ensure activities are delivered effectively to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people, families or community groups, either in a paid or voluntary capacity.
• Experience of managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, monitoring project information and contributing to impact reporting.
• Experience of managing small projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery, coordinating resources and assisting colleagues to ensure activities are delivered effectively and to a high standard.
• Organise workload, balance competing priorities and use feedback, research and data to support continuous improvement and positive outcomes for participants and communities.
