Community Champion Project Manager – Maternity Cover (12-month FTC) Salary: £36,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months (maternity cover) Talent Guardian are thrilled to be partnering with MYTIME Carers, a rapidly growing charity on a mission to level the playing field for carers. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate, proactive and strategic programme lead to join a charity making a real, lasting impact on people’s lives. We’re now recruiting a Community Champion Programme Manager to lead one of MYTIME’s most ambitious and high-impact initiatives. If you're someone who blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, thrives in a collaborative culture, and is deeply motivated by social change, read on. What you’ll be doing: You’ll take ownership of the Community Champion Programme—training and supporting organisations like sports clubs, youth groups, and community networks to become carer-aware and inclusive. From delivering workshops and building strategic partnerships, to creating high-quality resources and driving programme growth, your work will be varied, impactful, and deeply rewarding.
You’ll also contribute to income and build scalable systems for reach. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver inspiring training to community-based organisations Create bespoke learning materials and digital solutions to support programme delivery Build and nurture partnerships across sectors to support and expand the programme Collaborate with marketing and comms to raise awareness and promote engagement Track and evaluate the programme’s impact with the support of the Social Impact team Develop operational infrastructure to support sustainable growth Generate income and manage budgets effectively What you’ll bring: Proven experience managing and delivering impactful programmes or projects Confident communicator with experience delivering workshops or training Commercial and operational awareness, ideally from small or growing organisations A collaborative mindset and the confidence to build relationships across sectors Passion for creating change for people, particularly marginalised groups Why join MYTIME?
