Job summary

Pure Padel Clubs Ltd is hiring a Club Manager in the United Kingdom. This full-time role (40 hours per week) reports to the Area Manager and leads a small team to deliver a welcoming, high-standard club experience across early mornings to late evenings.

You will drive revenue, grow the community, manage operations (café, shop, events) and uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality and leisure.
• Proven ability to build community and grow loyal, repeat custom.
• Commercial acumen: managing revenue lines, controlling costs and budgeting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a small team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with players, staff and partners.
• Confident, commercially minded seller focused on revenue.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, multitasking and prioritisation.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety and a safe, compliant club.
• Willingness to act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Own the club's P&L and deliver revenue against budget.
• Lead a small team and build a loyal community of players.
• Oversee safeguarding, health & safety and compliance across the club.
• Plan and run padel events, academy sessions and community activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to raise local visibility and drive bookings.
