East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Physiotherapist (Band 6) for the Ipswich West Community Team, delivering high-quality care in patients’ homes. The role is full-time and fixed term to 31 May 2027, with strong MDT collaboration and access to ongoing professional development.

You will be part of a committed team, providing supervision to junior staff and contributing to a 7-day service alongside co-located nursing and social care colleagues.

Qualifications

• Registered Band 6 Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Experience delivering high quality care in patients' homes.
• Commitment to training, 1:1 sessions and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard patient care in homes and community settings.
• Facilitate seamless care flow between hospital and community services.
• Offer supervision and support to junior staff.
• Triage referrals to the community team.
