An exciting leadership development opportunity has arisen for a full-time 12-month secondment post within the Havering Integrated Care Directorate for a Clinical Lead for BHR Falls team.
The Clinical Lead will provide professional and clinical leadership for the BHR Falls Team, acting as a role model who inspires, motivates, and empowers the team, and is accountable to ensure that clinical competence and practice are both developed and maintained.
The post holder will play a key role, working with senior Leads, the management team, and clinical colleagues to drive forward transformational change and service innovation to support responsive patient care. The post holder will also work in collaboration with internal and external colleagues to deliver effective healthcare underpinned by the values of NELFT whilst focusing on the best care for patients and valuing staff.

Starting with NELFT
NELFT places great importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks, including mandatory training, systems training, and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process, new starters will have the opportunity to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend drop-in sessions focusing on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
Probationary Period
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London
This post also attracts a payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,551 to a maximum of £5,735 pro-rata for part-time).
