We are looking for a Community phlebotomist to join our team. Are you passionate about care being delivered in and closer to peoples homes?
If so then this is the role for you. We are a supportive team who's aim is to ensure everyone has a voice to shape our services and opportunities to develop professionally. We are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm to drive our service line forward in a fast paced environment. The post holder will work in partnership with the District Nursing team.

Main duties of the job
The Community Nursing service is developing within this dynamic and proactive climate working within a culture of collaboration and joint working with social service, acute and intermediate care. Candidates should demonstrate some experience of providing care as a Phlebotomist or Health Care Assistant. You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work.
