Rowlands Pharmacy (Phoenix Medical Supplies) in Southport is recruiting a pharmacy assistant to support everyday branch operations and service delivery. You will engage confidently with customers, patients and healthcare professionals while helping to ensure accurate handling of medications and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate holds an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services and a Medicine Counter Assistant qualification, with previous customer-facing experience.
Qualifications
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent.
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification is required.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment and confidentiality awareness.
Responsabilités
- Participate in all branch processes.
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services.
- Represent Rowlands Pharmacy and engage with the community daily.
