We are currently looking for an experienced Community Pharmacist Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This role is based in the Walderslade store, which dispenses over 8,200 valued items on average to the local community each month. Relocation support may be considered for successful candidates. As a Community Pharmacist Manager, you will run an efficient and profitable dispensary and develop your Pharmacy team by ensuring you implement and share best practices.

Your main responsibilities as a Community Pharmacist Manager:

• Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, giving healthcare advice to customers, including providing consultations and diabetes checks
• Emphasize the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your team
• Proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements/systems
• Focus on day-to-day operations, as well as medium-term planning, regularly conducting audits to maintain high standards
