Ministry of Justice is seeking a Community Payback Supervisor to lead small teams delivering unpaid work hours in local communities. The role requires a full UK manual driving licence, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and travel between Brighton, Crawley and Worthing.

You will oversee site tasks, ensure safety and quality, and report to the Probation Service management. The post offers hybrid working with base locations in the region and a starting salary around £28,064
