Job summary

The Ministry of Justice seeks a Community Payback Supervisor to lead small teams on probation-based unpaid work across community projects. You will supervise, motivate, and ensure completion of tasks such as cleaning and repairs, with responsibilities including coordinating across sites and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent people and communication skills.
• The confidence to lead, motivate and supervise groups.
• A full UK manual driving licence to drive Community Payback minibuses and travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to complete unpaid work hours for participants on probation.
• Supervise and motivate participants to carry out tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring facilities, planting and litter/graffiti removal.
