Job summary

Qualifications

• Empathetic, good communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising offenders or similar on-site teams.
• Ability to manage tasks, safety, and welfare on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams of offenders to complete manual tasks safely and to standard.
• Supervise on-site work including cleaning, gardening, or repairs.
• Drive service vehicles to transport people or equipment when required.
• Ensure tasks are carried out and progress is tracked across shifts.
