Job summary

Ministry of Justice is recruiting for a Community Payback supervisor based in East Kent (Ashford or Ramsgate). The role may be full- or part-time with a fixed base location and travel to other offices within the region. Expect early starts and some weekend shifts, with a typical 37-hour week spread across four days and one weekend day.

Interviews are in person in Ashford (Kent) and will be a full-day event. You must have a full UK manual driving licence.

• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work groups of offenders on Community Payback projects.
• Coordinate site supervision tasks and ensure tasks are carried out to a high standard.
• Assist with transport of people/equipment using service vehicles as required.
