Job summary

A governmental organization is seeking a Community Payback Placement Coordinator to manage community-based work projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring placements meet quality standards and compliance with legislation while promoting positive stakeholder relationships. This role requires a full UK Manual Driving Licence, experience in health and safety practices, and the ability to engage effectively with the community. Qualifications

  • Candidates must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence to carry out this role.
  • Ability to support investigations into Health and Safety incidents.
  • Experience in managing customer/stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish community-based work projects that fulfil the Community Payback requirements.
  • Conduct relevant health and safety assessments of work placements.
  • Promote positive relationships with beneficiaries and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation at work sites.
  • Coordinate tools, equipment, and PPE for community placements.
