Qualifications needed:

Full GMC Registration with a license to practice

Mastery in the management of a broad range of physical health conditions in babies, children, and young people, including neurodevelopmental disorders

At least 4 years post graduate training including 2 years community paediatrics (or demonstrate equivalent experience and competences).

Knowledge and training in Child safeguarding

Valid Level 3 Safeguarding Training.

We are currently recruiting to a Community Paediatrics Specialist Grade Doctor position in the Integrated Child Health Service at Great Oaks Clinic, Great Oaks, Basildon, SS14 1EH. This is an established, fixed-term for 24 months, full time post - 10 PAs with 8 DCC and 2 SPAs. This post is currently vacant, and we wish to recruit to it as soon as possible.

You will join 5.6wte Consultant Paediatricians, 2.8wte Specialist Grade Doctors, and 1wte Specialty Doctor within the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.
