Job summary

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with an interest in CYP and eating disorders to join our CAMHS team. You will work with CYP and their families in their homes and across community settings, delivering 1:1 interventions to promote occupation and functioning.

The role involves facilitating therapeutic groups, building links with partner agencies, and contributing to service development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with CAMHS interest.
• Experience with Children & Young People is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess young people presenting with eating difficulties.
• Deliver 1:1 interventions to promote occupation and functioning.
• Facilitate running of therapeutic groups and engage partner agencies.
• Work across the Wakefield District, including multiple sites.
