Detailed job description and main responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to older adults with mental health needs across Havering - Central.
  • Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team.
  • Work directly with older adults and their families, liaising with other providers and hospitals.
  • Participate in the on-call rota, currently 1:50, with a 3% on-call supplement.
  • Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member.
  • Engage in collaborative working with other health and social professionals.
