* Job Title: Community Occupational Therapist (Band 6)
* Location: South East London
* Duration: Ongoing contract
* Schedule: Full time preferred (Mon-Fri), part-time considered
* Start Date: August 2025
* End Date: Ongoing
* Rate of Pay: �25-�28 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Community Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults living in the community. In this role, you will:

* Perform comprehensive patient assessments in home and community settings
* Create and implement personalised care and rehabilitation plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise independence and function
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* Maintain accurate patient documentation and reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

This flexible locum role requires availability from Monday to Friday , with potential flexibility for part-time hours. The contract is ongoing , with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
